Job Opportunity - Organisational Development Worker Member

We are looking for a new Worker Member to join our team in the role of Organisational Development. 

Salary: £12p/h

Hours: Part time, 20 hours per week

Deadline: Monday 27 February, 12 noon

Interviews: Wednesday 8 March

The purpose of this role is to strengthen the strategic visioning, ambition and sustainability of Dwellbeing Shieldfield CBS. The Organisational Development Worker Member will work with the Stewards (our Directors) and Programme Worker and wider team to develop a long-term plan for ongoing sustainability and autonomy of Dwellbeing Shieldfield with community-led research and action at its centre. This will involve supporting the implementation of the Public Space Strategy, deepening the democratic involvement of our membership and developing strategic links with academic institutions, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

The role will involve working closely with the Programme Worker. This will also include liaising directly with all Dwellbeing colleagues and Stewards, as well as partners and funders. The post holder will be trained in our existing administrative, financial and data management procedures as needed. 

This part-time role is funded for 12 months with the possibility of extending beyond, dependent on funding.
